What we collect

The information you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number and message. We also record the page you were on and, when you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign identifiers in the link, so we know which channel brought you.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, send you the document you requested, follow up on your interest in D'Avenue and, if you ask us to, arrange a visit. Your details go into our customer relationship system so the advisor who answers you has the context of your request.

Who sees it

The Boardwalk Realty sales team and the systems we use to answer you: our customer relationship system, our email provider and our analytics. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are in conversation with us about a property, and afterwards as the law on real estate transactions requires.

Your rights
