Discover Puerto Vallarta: Why the City, and Why D'Avenue

The case for the city as a place to own, and the case for this building in it.

D'Avenue from above: the plaza, the garden level and the bay beyond

Puerto Vallarta sits between the Sierra Madre and the Pacific, a city that has drawn visitors and new residents for half a century and that has, in the last decade, become a serious market for owning property. This is the case for the city, and then the case for D'Avenue in it.

Why Puerto Vallarta

The natural setting is the obvious part: the bay, the beaches, the jungle a few blocks inland. The less obvious part is that it is a real city, with a Malecon that is the town's living room, a restaurant scene that grows every year, hospitals, schools, an international airport ten minutes from the northern neighbourhoods, and a community of residents from three countries who chose it on purpose.

The market has followed. Demand for places to stay, short and long term, has stayed high through every cycle, and the new residential buildings in the Fluvial and Versalles corridor have sold at prices per square metre that climbed every year since 2022 while the resale market stayed flat.

Why D'Avenue

It stands in Fluvial Vallarta, the flat, walkable neighbourhood between the marina and the hotel zone: the cruise terminal five minutes away, the airport ten, Galerias Vallarta and La Isla four, the hospitals five, Versalles and its restaurants a short walk.

It is one building with two facades, an Ocean side facing the bay and a Mountain side facing the Sierra Madre, joined by the elevator core; a plaza of shops and restaurants at street level, six garden houses on level two, twelve levels of one and two bedroom residences, and eight three-bedroom penthouses across the two top levels.

The roof holds an infinity pool over the bay, a kids pool, a gym, hammocks, a snack bar and a hot tub; the garden level holds two pickleball courts, a covered kids club and a pet park. Every residence has its own terrace and an underground parking space, and the kitchens, bathrooms and finishes are the ones you can walk through in the model residence at the sales office.

The developer

D'Avenue is a DGROUP project. DGROUP has delivered five condominium buildings in Puerto Vallarta, D'Terrace, D'Residences, D'esire, D'Toscana and D'Vine, and every one of them is lived in today and trades on the resale market above its launch price per square metre. That is the record behind the delivery date on this site.

The way in

Three payment plans, a refundable reservation deposit, a purchase agreement that fixes the price and the delivery date, and Boardwalk's closing team for the bank trust that foreign buyers use to hold title on the coast. Every residence page on this site shows its price under each plan and its payment schedule; the inventory page shows them all.
